Prior to communicating any personal data, ORGANAZOTO asks you to carefully read this privacy policy, which contains important information about the protection of personal data and security measures adopted to guarantee the confidentiality of data in full respect of Applicable Standards.
Furthermore, this Privacy Policy:
is intended as applicable to the website (“Website”), while it is not applied to other websites which may be consulted through external links;
is intended as an information form in accordance with art. 13 of the Applicable Standards for those who interact with the Website;

The computer systems used by the Website collect some Personal Data which are necessary for the use of communication protocols on the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated to you, but which for its nature may be used to identify you through processing and associations with data held by third parties. In this sense, you hereby relieve ORGANAZOTO of all claims, disputes, request for compensation for damages resulting from processing of the data, etc., which may be put forth by third parties through your use of the Website in violation with Applicable Standards.

Consent is not required for the purposes in points A) and B) because the processing of data in the private realm is carried out to fulfill contractual or regulatory obligations and concerns data relative to performing economic activities, processed in respect of current standards governing corporate and industrial confidentiality for ordinary business activities. Possible refusal to transfer these data would result in non-fulfillment or impossibility to complete the business relationship, as well as impossibility to perform pre-contractual agreements. Furthermore, it is not necessary to obtain consent for the data necessary for completing the purposes in point C), since these data are used for collected anonymous statistical information about use of the Website and to control its correct functioning, to permit – based on the architecture of the systems used – correct distribution of services, for security reasons, or to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical cybercrime inflicted on the App or by third parties, and are cancelled after thirty days.

Transfers are based alternatively on a decision of suitability or on the Standard Model Clauses approved by the European Commission.
ORGANAZOTO processes Personal Data for the time strictly necessary for fulfilling the purposes set forth in point 3. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, ORGANAZOTO will process your Personal Data up to a period allowed by Italian Law in terms of conservation of accounting records (Articles 2214 - 2220 of the Civil Code– Art.22 of Presidential Decree 600/73) and aligned with their own interests (Art. 2947(1)(3) Civil Code).
